Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $30+
Orders normally ship the same day if placed before 2 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. This policy only pertains to our pre-designed ZIPITS kits.
Special orders that we pick and pack especially for you will ship the next day.
Orders ship UPS Ground.
Expected shipping times can be determined using the map shown. Transit times may vary during the holiday shopping season.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer returns or exchanges on all unused items for 30 days from the day of receipt. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If a product is damaged or defective, we will provide free replacements or repairs for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer for all non-defective returns or exchanges. If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges

To begin your return, please send us an email at help@zip-its.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will provide you with a shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be initiated once your return has been processed at our warehouse.

Damaged/Missing Items

Please be assured that we make every effort to ensure that your items arrive in pristine condition and will always replace or refund items that arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please send us an email at help@zip-its.com with your order number along with pictures of the damaged items within 48 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. When you contact us to begin your return we will give you a quote for a shipping label if needed, as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To start a return, you can contact us at help@zip-its.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer traditional exchanges. The best way to exchange your item is to contact us for a refund, return your product, then purchase the new product from our website.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
