Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $30+

Orders of $30 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within our designated shipping zones in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories and protectorates.

Pre-designed Zip-Its kits ordered before 2:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, will normally ship the same day. Special orders that require us to pick and pack items specifically for you will ship the next business day.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Estimated transit times vary by destination and may be affected by the holiday season.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer returns or exchanges on all unused items for 30 days from the day of receipt. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If a product is damaged or defective, we will provide free replacements or repairs for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer for all non-defective returns or exchanges. If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges

To begin your return, please send us an email at help@zip-its.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will provide you with a shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be initiated once your return has been processed at our warehouse.

Damaged/Missing Items

Please be assured that we make every effort to ensure that your items arrive in pristine condition and will always replace or refund items that arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please send us an email at help@zip-its.com with your order number along with pictures of the damaged items within 48 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
