14 in. Standard Cable Ties 50 lbs. Strength 1,000PC

I was a professional heavy vehicle tech for a state government agency and used a lot of cable ties. We always bought brand name supply items and this is good quality at a decent price. UL listed, operating temp minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, 75 lb. strength instead of 40-50 lb., bent and tapered ends, stays locked.Don't expect any tie to be better except the brand with the stainless steel lock. I will buy more when my 1000 run out.As a general note, never use white cable ties in sunny or hot places as they will become brittle every time.

We have ordered over 10,000 of these ties - and normally they are awesome, but the last few bags we have seen a MUCH higher rate of failure in the locking pin, it just snaps off and the strap moves freely in each direction. Normally we only see a few bad strips per bag, but the last few bags that rate is probably up to 40%. It may be a condition of COUNTERFEIT product or sellers. For years these straps have been awesome, the last 5-10 bags have been very very bad. We will probably return the last 3-4 bags and buy a different brand.

The last order was wider and stronger. But these are like two orders ago. Good quality and a good price.
